The PWR-C5-1KWAC is a Config 5 power supply. It is compatible with the following Catalyst 9200 and 9200L switch models:
Catalyst 9200L (C5 only — C6 variant is NOT supported on C9200L):
- C9200L-48P-4G
- C9200L-48P-4X
- C9200L-48PXG-4X
- C9200L-48PXG-2Y
Catalyst 9200 (C5 and C6 variants can be mixed in slots A & B):
- C9200-48P
- C9200-48PB
- C9200-48PXG
Important Notes:
- The C6 variant (PWR-C6-1KWAC) is not supported on C9200L models. Use only PWR-C5-1KWAC for C9200L switches.
- On C9200 models, PWR-C5-1KWAC and PWR-C6-1KWAC have no functional difference and can be mixed in slots A and B.
- Each switch chassis has two internal power supply slots. The second slot ships with a blank cover (PWR-C5-BLANK) that must be replaced when adding a redundant PSU.
- The power supply uses an IEC 320-C16 input receptacle. Ensure the correct country-specific AC power cord (CAB-TA-xxx) is used.
- Do not substitute PWR-C5-125WAC or PWR-C5-600WAC for this unit — the 1KW supply is required for 48-port full PoE+ models.
