Warranty & Return Policy

GlobalNet Pro provides end-users with a three year replacement warranty on all purchased equipment. New factory sealed equipment that is found defective will be replaced with new factory sealed units within the first 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, defective equipment (whether it was purchased new or used) will be replaced with a best-effort replacement unit. Resellers receive a 90 day warranty for both NEW and USED equipment.

Defective/Non-Functioning Items

GlobalNet Pro will immediately ship (on a best-effort basis) a replacement for any defective item under the following conditions:

  • The defective item is still covered by our three year warranty (or extended warranty if applicable).
  • The defective item is back in our possession within 14 calendar days of the date the RMA was issued and has been tested/verified as defective.
  • The item is returned in the condition which it was shipped.

A full refund or credit may be issued if the item cannot be replaced. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returning items that are not actually defective and verified/tested as fully functional.

Returning Functional Items

GlobalNet Pro will accept return of working product at our sole discretion. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted and a refund will be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The item is returned in the condition which it was shipped - including all accessories, documentation, and any manufacturer packaging.

Advance Replacements

Qualified customers are eligible for our advance replacement program. Please contact us for details.

Extended Warranty

GlobalNet Pro offers a standard three year replacement warranty on all PRE-OWNED equipment. Extended warranties are available upon request. Please contact us for details.

Exclusions

Power supplies and fans are covered for one year.
