How does GlobalNet Pro obtain equipment?

We purchase surplus equipment from companies whom are constantly upgrading and/or downsizing. We are also part of a large exclusive reseller network.


How can I be assured that the equipment I purchase from GlobalNet Pro is genuine?

We have many years of experience and are adept at spotting counterfeits. We keep a large database that includes photos and information on genuine equipment that we use to cross reference.


Can I put Smartnet on new and used Cisco equipment that are purchased from GlobalNet Pro?

We can provide you with clean uncovered serial numbers at your request. We can help you through the process of getting Smartnet. However, there is no guarantee that Cisco will put them under contract for you. Smartnet eligibility is determined at Cisco's discretion. Alternatively, you can get an extended warranty through us and save much more money. The money you would save usually is more than enough to purchase spare equipment so that you always have a backup on hand.


If I submit a quote today, how long will it take to receive a response?

We will respond to your request for a quote within one business day. Most quotes will receive a response the same business day. Some quotes may require additional time depending on availability and the size of your request.


If I placed an order today, when can I expect it to ship?

If all the items that your order requires is in stock, it will ship the same business day. Normally, orders ship within 1-2 business days. If your order involves a lead time, our sales representative will inform you. If your order is urgent and you need it expedited, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.


What kind of warranty does GlobalNet Pro offer?

We offer a lifetime replacement warranty to end-users (Wholesalers and resellers receive a 90 day warranty). Should any equipment malfunction or become defective, we will replace it free of charge after receiving and confirming the defective equipment. If no replacement or alternative solution can be provided, a full refund will be issued.


If a piece of equipment that I purchased from GlobalNet Pro is defective, how does the RMA process work?

We would verify that the equipment is indeed defective by having one of our technicians troubleshoot the issue with you. If the equipment is defective, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to ship the equipment back to us. Once we receive and confirm the defect, we will send you a replacement. If no replacement or alternative solution can be provided, a full refund will be issued.


If I mistakenly purchased the wrong item and have received it already, can I exchange or return it?

All returns/exchanges must be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the item was originally in stock, we will gladly take it back. If the item was ordered specifically for you, we charge a 20% restocking fee. This may vary on a case to case basis. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


Does GlobalNet Pro offer networking services and technical support?

We offer free technical and troubleshooting support with all equipment that is purchased from us. We offer networking services through our affiliate companies. Please inquire for additional information.


Does GlobalNet Pro offer a trade in or buy back option?

Yes. We will gladly repurchase equipment and accept trade-ins for cash or credit. Just let us know what surplus equipment you would like to exchange and we will determine if your equipment has market value and provide you with an offer.
